Sea Maine Vacation Rentals is excited to offer 10% OFF the Base Rate for any 2025 stays booked during the month of February 2025. This exclusive promotion is available for direct bookings only and must be redeemed using the promo code SUMMERLOVE at checkout.
By participating in this promotion, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility & Booking Requirements:
- – Offer applies only to new reservations made between February 1 – February 28, 2025 for stays in 2025.
- – Reservations must be made directly through our website at www.seamaine.com.
- – The promo code SUMMERLOVE must be entered at checkout to receive the discount.
- – Offer is valid for all available properties listed on our website at the time of booking.
Discount Details & Exclusions:
- The 10% discount applies only to the base rental rate and does not include:

- – Cleaning fees
- – Pet fees (if applicable)
- – Add-ons or optional extras
- The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
- Standard deposit and payment policies apply to all bookings made using this promotion.
- If a guest cancels their reservation, the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking remains in effect—the discount does not alter any cancellation terms.
- Any modifications to the reservation after February 28, 2025 may result in the loss of the promotional discount.

- Offer is subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice.
- Sea Maine Vacation Rentals reserves the right to adjust terms, refuse bookings, or modify the promotion as needed.
- Guests must meet all standard rental requirements and adhere to the terms outlined in their rental agreement.
