60-Day Notice Requirement:

Guests who cancel their reservation at least 60 days prior to their scheduled arrival date will receive a refund for 50% of the reservation total, less any payment processing fees. If the reservation is less than 50% paid at the time of cancellation, no refund for the balance paid will be issued.

Cancellations Within 60 Days:

If a guest cancels within 60 days of their arrival, no refund will be issued. Unfortunately, due to our very limited rental season, cancellations with less than 60 day notice are extremely difficult to rebook and recover otherwise lost revenue for our property owners.

Non-Refundable Fees:

Any processing fees, taxes, or specific non-refundable charges outlined in the reservation terms are retained, even if a refund is issued.

Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect their trip investment in case of unexpected events.
